Fryzelka Cooperage is a family business with a tradition of over 90 years, specialising in the production of wooden barrels, tubs, and bathtubs. We have supplied our products to numerous wellness centres worldwide, including those in Prague, Brussels, Paris, Colorado, and Seoul in South Korea. Our company's global experience has enabled us to refine our expertise and provide premium solutions for relaxation and regeneration. We have now realised our own project: the first beer, wine, and herbal baths in Žilina. These baths offer a practical demonstration of our work, combining traditional cooperage techniques with modern wellness and natural treatments.

The spa is located in historic underground premises on Mariánské Square in Žilina, creating a unique atmosphere of peace and freshness, ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – even on hot summer days when temperatures outside exceed 30 °C. All oak tubs and bathtubs are meticulously handcrafted in our workshop in Vlachovice from premium wood, carefully dried and processed according to time-honoured methods.
Every element of the design, including the oak beds with mattresses, has been meticulously crafted to ensure optimal comfort, promote skin regeneration, and foster a sense of well-being. Our spa offers a comprehensive approach to health and well-being, incorporating natural extracts that facilitate detoxification and enhance skin condition.

Spa - wellnes treatments in Žilina

The spa offers three types of baths that use natural ingredients for relaxation and regeneration. Each treatment is accompanied by relaxing music, pleasant lighting, and privacy to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

Each treatment lasts 60 or 90 minutes, including rest on an oak bed, and takes place in private rooms with tasty refreshments (e.g., sandwiches, pâtés, or snacks).

Gift vouchers are also available and are a popular gift for loved ones—ideal for Valentine's Day, birthdays, or just for relaxation.

● Beer bath: A treatment with extracts from brewer's yeast, vitamins, and enzymes. Promotes skin hydration and elasticity, relieves fatigue and stress. Includes consumption of high-quality beer straight from the tap in a tub, which adds an original touch to the treatment.
● Wine bath: A luxurious treatment with antioxidants from wine and grapes. It helps slow down skin aging, regenerates the body, and induces a feeling of well-being. Ideal for individuals or couples, with the option of wine consumption during the bath.
● Herbal bath: A detoxifying treatment with herbal extracts prepared by the Květomluva organic farm. It removes toxins, promotes overall health, and calms the mind. Includes a themed Květomluva organic herbal tea, which guests can enjoy during the bath and subsequent relaxation. Suitable for those seeking natural harmony of body and soul.

This project, operated by our subsidiary Pivné a vínne kúpele Slovensko s.r.o., demonstrates how our products can be used for relaxation and wellness in a real-life environment. The spa has already received hundreds of positive reviews on Google with an average rating of 5 stars, with guests praising the atmosphere, cleanliness, and professional approach.
